Armadio has started its journey into interior concepts in the year 2015 and evolved as one of the Innovative kitchen solution provider in the fast growing modular industry.

Often we notice that in many Indian households, the hosts somehow do not want their guests to go into their kitchen due to its uncomfortable appearance. The first part of interior design process at Armadio always start with initial space planning in detail by taking into consideration all the essential requisites and concerns that our client’s brings on to the table of discussion.

To form the direction of your project, we analyze concepts, develop designs and clinch the best way to reach your desired goals. After a concept is established, our team develops the idea of your space further. For all premium end to end interior solutions, we provide you the detailed set of drawings which may include furniture layouts, ceiling designs, wood work, wall concepts and floorings along with conceptualized rendering for your better understanding.

Throughout the process work we keep a sharp, detailed and precise quality check at sites. The final outcome is always original and custom depicting the client’s personality and their feelings about life. Note: @Armadio We use panel boards (Plywood, MDF, Prelam MDF & WPC/PVC Boards) and accessories as per the requirement & need of the respective customer along with his interests. We only recommend certain products, but never impose any extra product or service to the customer without proper usage and added advantage to the overall concept.

How Armadio Work’s

(Customer Hand Out):

1. Site Visit & taking of initial measurements.

2. Offering tentative quote

3. Initiation on discussion on preliminary designs

4. Finalization of commercials (quote)

5. Signing of Letter of Agreement (LOA) along with 50% Initiation fee.

6. Preparation of 3D’s with tentative colors.

7. Selection of Lamination colors by the customer.

8. Finalization of 3D & 2D designs by the customer.

9. Releasing of 40% payment on the agreed/ finalized quote.

10. Final factory measurements taken.

11. Production starts with a tentative delivery schedule.

1. Required Electrical, plumbing & Gas connection markings will be given.

2. Flooring, walls to be plastered and tiled by the customer before installation.

3. False ceiling work should be completed before the wood work starts on site

1. Delivery of finished modules at the site.

2. After due inspection of modules by the client 30% payment should be made.

3. Installation of modules may be processed.

4. After installation of the modular units 15% amount should be cleared.

5. Fixing of Hardware & accessories as per initial agreed norms.

6. Selection of Handles and glass work.

7. Balance 5% to be cleared.

8. Fixing of handles & glass work.

9. Warranty certificates wherever applicable may be submitted to the client as per the applicability of the accessories and appliances.

10.Final clearance sought from the customer after inspection of the total scope of the work by the customer along with our site supervisor.
